1. No Refund Policy
   • RUSkilled does not offer refunds for payments made for workshops, events, or other services.
2. Refund in Case of Event Cancellation
   • If an event is canceled by RUSkilled, a refund will be processed after deducting a bank processing charge of ₹150.
   • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is announced.
3. How to Request a Refund
   • If eligible, please email your refund request to mail.ruskilled@gmail.com with the following details:
     • Full Name
     • Event Name
     • Payment Proof
     • Reason for Refund (if applicable)
4. Non-Refundable Cases
   • Change of personal plans, preferences, or inability to attend the workshop do not qualify for a refund.
